Choosing a company to repair or replace your windshield, side glass, or back glass can be a very daunting task. We have heard too many times about individuals noticing leaks after their windshield has been replaced and the company refusing to resolve the issue. That is why we have created a Lifetime Warranty for all replacements done by the Omni Glass team. Below you can read into how this warranty works and what it does and does not cover.
Our warranty will cover any issues caused by workmanship. This includes any water or air leaks that occur after the installation. This also will include any damages caused by our team, we will always inform the customer if any items such as clips of the cowl have been broken during the installation process.
Windshield repairs’ main focus is to prevent the rock chip from spreading any further and causing the windshield to crack. With this, you may notice that part of the rock chip is still visible, even though minor. If the rock chip repair fails and it does crack, that will be protected by our warranty and you will remove the cost of the repair from a windshield replacement.
While the warranty does cover workmanship, there are limitations to what it will cover. Some of what is not covered is including, but not limited to: A rock cracking the windshield after installation, door regulators going out, and anything else that is not directly caused by our team.
